We have
studied and experiment researched of the kitchen Smoke disposal technology
since 1993; and developed the Complete technology against the chemical
and physical properties of the fire and oil smokes. We have contracted
scores kitchen projects of the large hotel, restaurant, dining-room
since the technology presented at Shenzhen in 1996 and expanded application
in Xinhui, Guangdong.
It is indicated by the test data and long term running that it has
been up to the 2mg/M3 requirement of specified in the Kitchen
Smoke Exhausting Standard of International GWPB5-2000. The properties
are:
